My communication style

I am dedicated to building a secure, therapeutic alliance through active listening and validation. My style is naturally warm and empathetic, making it easier for us to dive into the hard stuff together with a sense of safety and ease.

My journey to mental healthcare

I chose this work because I’ve experienced firsthand how heavy life can get. I realized through my own personal journey that seeking therapy is an act of courage and self-awareness. No matter how stuck you feel right now, there is a way through.

My goals for you

I take a collaborative approach to goal setting and together we’ll work together to identify goals that matter to you and define what your version of success looks like for you. While goals are set early on in treatment they can evolve as our work together continues.

Our first session

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. We’ll move at your pace, one step at a time, and I’ll be here to support and guide you throughout.
