My demeanor is calming with a quieter tone. I'm non-judgmental, caring, and empathetic, creating a safe space where you can share openly.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always worked in the "helping" profession, and when the workplace where I was last working was closing down, I decided to go to College and become a Social Worker. I received my Associate's Degree and found that I wasn't able to counsel clients with that degree. I like helping others, and what better profession to do that in than this?!

My goals for you

I ask what brought you to counseling and what you hope to accomplish. Together, we formulate goals based on what you want from your sessions.

Our first session

During the first session, we will get to know each other and build trust and rapport. The client will be able to ask me more questions, if they have any, and I will ask the client for background information on them and what brought them to seek counseling, so that we can formulate their treatment plan during this first session as well.
