Amy Nicolazzo

Hi there, I'm Amy!

I bring with me as a psychotherapist nearly 30 years of practice experience, as well as many, many years of my own healing journey and life experience. In other words, I bring myself as fully as possible to the table to collaborate with you in your own process of healing.

My focus

I work with adults, ages 18 and up. I am comfortable with a vast array of conditions, without operating beyond my scope of efficacy and practice. Over the course of my years in practice, I have worked with a multitude of issues in varied environments, e.g., individually, groups, inpatient, partial hospitalization, and outpatient settings.

My approach

I use an eclectic approach, fitting the modality to the needs and style of the person I am working with. However, I use a strong underpinning of the concepts of Internal Family Systems and inner child work as the overall basis for my application.
