My goal is to create a safe & trusting space for all patients. I aim to eliminate any possible barriers to ensure I am able to provide quality care.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was initially a Family Nurse Practitioner. However, I took a great interest in helping patients improve their mood and quality of life. Too often, I found that many patients were struggling with symptoms such as depression and anxiety. I wanted to help bridge the gap with patients having a resource to help them feel better mentally.

My goals for you

I assess patients' long-term and short-term goals of treatment.

Our first session

During the first session, I establish a non-judgmental provider-patient relationship. During the first appointment, I will complete a full psych assessment, which includes discussing appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans with patients.
