I help those who are tired, frustrated, and hurting learn to heal and thrive. The world can be traumatizing at times, and we may sometimes get tired and want to give up. There is hope! I believe we each have what we need inside of us to live the life we imagined; sometimes, we just need a little help.

I work with children, families, and adults navigating foster care, adoption, mental health challenges, and substance abuse recovery.
