Together with my clients, a therapy plan is created in the first or second session. This is based on what a client desires to improve or change along with my professional input.

Our first session

The first session is information gathering so that I have a thorough understanding of what brought a client to therapy. We will discuss your goals for therapy as well as begin to create a custom plan for you.
