I earned my bachelor’s degree in education from Bowling Green State University and my master’s in counseling from Wake Forest University. I am a licensed professional clinical counselor with a supervisory designation. My approach is comprehensive, and I draw on various therapeutic modalities so each client's needs are met with the best fit for them

I work with adult clients ages 19 and up.

My approach

While I often utilize cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavior therapy, I also incorporate other modalities such as positive psychology and mindfulness. My area of specialty is treating trauma using EMDR and schema therapy.
