My communication style is warm, empathetic, open, and nonjudgmental. I listen with curiosity and compassion while offering honest, thoughtful feedback when helpful. I create a safe space where clients can express themselves openly, feel respected, and work collaboratively toward their goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I believe people can heal, grow, and create meaningful change when they feel supported and understood. My journey led me to pursue clinical mental health counseling, where I found purpose in walking alongside clients through challenges, healing, and life transitions.

My goals for you

I help clients identify meaningful goals and break them into realistic, manageable steps. We work together to build insight, develop practical coping skills, and address barriers to progress. I regularly check in on progress and adjust treatment as needed to support lasting, meaningful change.

Our first session

Our first session is a welcoming, judgment-free space to get to know you, understand what brings you to therapy, and discuss your goals. We’ll talk about your experiences, what you hope to change, and how I can best support you. Together, we’ll begin creating a plan that feels right for you.
