My journey to mental healthcare

I started my practice to honor my father, who passed away. He was also a licensed independent social worker and chemical dependency counselor, and through my work, I am continuing our family legacy.

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. It's completely normal to feel nervous. We'll take things at your pace so that we build your comfort level, and I'm here to guide you.
