Hi there, I'm Holly!

I'm so glad you made the decision to start your therapy journey! I am an LISW (Licensed Social Worker) in the state of Ohio. My goal is to create a safe space for clients to explore life topics and foster personal growth.

My focus

I have been a social worker for over 25 years and have dealt with and am dealing with depression, grief, loss, trauma, adoption, divorce, single parenting, those struggling with addiction, chronic illness, and pain. I am confident that we can work together to come up with a treatment plan to support you through your difficulty.

My approach

I want to focus on your strengths and approach therapy from a client-centered approach. I tend to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand and change unhelpful thought patterns that may be affecting their emotions and behaviors.
