Hi there, I'm Emily!

I’m a therapist who works with individuals navigating stress, transition, and the emotional complexity that comes with building meaningful work, relationships, and lives. I support clients who want both depth and practicality, helping you understand yourself more clearly while making real and sustainable change.

My focus

I work with adults who are outwardly capable but internally carrying stress, self-doubt, or a sense of being “on” all the time. Many of my clients are navigating transitions, burnout, relationship issues, or the emotional weight of responsibility. I help clients slow down and make sense of their inner world. We find solutions as we go.

My approach

My approach is collaborative, warm, and practical. I work in a relationally and insight-oriented way, helping clients understand the patterns that shape how they think, feel, and relate, while also offering tools to support real-world change. Sessions are a space to slow down, build greater self-trust, emotional flexibility and resilience.
