Hi there, I'm Kathryn!

I work with clients from ages 10 to senior citizens and believe people of all ages can make changes to improve their lives.

My focus

I work with many different issues including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, family issues, personality disorders, PTSD, and psychosis.

My approach

I use an eclectic approach to therapy which varies from client to client. I use a strengths-based approach to assist clients in recognizing and utilizing their own capabilities to make changes. I am non-judgmental and an active listener. I think learning new coping and mindfulness skills can be beneficial.
