I have discovered that my approach often meshes well with issues such as Depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, grief, psychosis, schizophrenia, sleep disorders, childhood behavioral issues, and many more.

My journey to mental healthcare

I believe and know that mental health is my purpose. I have been through some mental health issues myself which came from obstacles in life. Throughout my healing process, I believe that God led me to help others. I can relate to a lot of my patients and I know I am called to help those suffering from mental illnesses.

My goals for you

Making sure goals are realistic to obtain. Working with the patient and at the level that the patient is on. Making sure they understand their treatment plan. I believe in individualization.

Our first session

I am very detailed. In the first session, I gather a lot of information. I may ask questions about your past, mental health history, family history, and medical history. In the first session, I will perform a psychological evaluation to get a good basis and understanding of your mental health.
