I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who supports individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges. I use a systemic, strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to help clients heal, grow, and feel more connected.

I take a systemic and trauma-informed approach, blending EFT, CBT, and narrative therapy. I help clients understand their stories, identify patterns, and build healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I believe deeply in the power of connection and healing. I’m driven by helping people feel less alone, more understood, and more empowered. Seeing clients grow, reclaim their strength, and find meaning in their stories fuels my passion for this work
