My journey to mental healthcare

Mississippi born and raised. Army veteran committed to community. I became an LPC because people transform when someone believes in them and is honest. I started my practice for deeper work, now expanding virtually to reach rural communities and those who can't just get away.

We get clear on what you actually want, then identify what's in the way. I build your internal foundation first: stronger boundaries, clearer values, better self-awareness. That's where sustainable change starts. I want you to be happy with yourself again. Or find you, if you don't know what that looks like.

Our first session

I wish I could "fix" everyone in the first session, but I can't. So I listen first to understand your world. We'll talk about what brought you in, what you hope changes, and how I work. You'll leave knowing I will take you seriously and we're genuinely a good fit. No matter what! Truly a judgment-free zone.
