I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oklahoma. I work with adult clients statewide via telehealth who are dealing with a variety of issues, such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and relationship issues.
My focus
I frequently work with young and middle-aged adult clients who are struggling with life changes, transitions, loss of a loved one, suffering from stress, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem/self-worth.
My approach
My approach to therapy is eclectic--primarily supportive and client-centered, drawing from cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and positive psychology modalities. I find that the client-centered approach helps the client and therapist develop an understanding of the client's concerns and move forward together in partnership to address them.
