Hi there, I'm Amy!

Starting therapy can feel daunting. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I bring a personal, passionate approach shaped by my own experiences and a deep interest in mental and emotional health. Together, we'll identify challenges and work on strategies to help you move forward with confidence.

My focus

I work with people who struggle with hyperactivity, impulsivity, poor planning and organizing, feeling overwhelmed, excessive worry and fear, fear of abandonment, ruminating thoughts, attention-seeking or self-harming behaviors, and panic attacks.

My approach

I use psychoeducation, mindfulness, and grounding exercises, all tailored to your preferences and needs. In our first few sessions, you can expect to set up goals and a framework for us to work in and receive tools to offer some relief immediately.
