My focus
I have experience working with those who have been diagnosed with bipolar, major depressive disorder, anxiety, ADHD, and adjustment disorder. I advocate for more access to trauma-informed care and have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, and depression.
My approach
She has obtained training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Problem-solving therapy, solution-focused therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). She adapts techniques from other approaches such as DBT, Mindfulness, and Narrative exposure therapy (NET).
