I believe the Member is the expert of their problems and I am here to navigate alongside them by having open dialogue and working together to create goals and objectives that best fits their needs.

My journey to mental healthcare

I decided early on in my college career that helping people was something I wanted to do. We all have struggles throughout our life and I love being a part of helping people feel better about themselves and overcome struggles so they can live life to their fullest with joy, and happiness and a purpose.

My goals for you

Through collaboration and open dialogue together we will set goals and objectives based on what you see as important, by coming to therapy what you hope to see get better will be the focus of the treatment plan and throughout the therapy process we will assess together your progress and make changes to your plan as needed.

Our first session

The first session is where we get to know each other and I get some background information to help guide us on our journey together as we navigate a direction that will result in positive outcomes.
