Hi there, I'm Amanda!

I provide a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients can feel heard while working through life's challenges. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and ACT, I help clients better understand their thoughts and emotions, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful change.

My focus

I work with those who struggle with self-image and self-judgment, situations/events they cannot control, depression, anxiety, trauma, struggles in relationships, and those who struggle with emotional regulation. I also love to work with faith-based clients to give biblical principles to apply to life.

My approach

I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and I use CBT to identify and challenge distorted thought patterns that contribute to depression, anxiety, relationship problems and low self-worth as well as processing trauma, I help clients identify unhealthy relationship patterns and improve relationships and decision-making.
