I love working with those who are truly seeking lasting change. I have worked with people from a variety of backgrounds. I have specific training in perinatal and maternal mental health, autism, ADHD, religious trauma, complex trauma, infertility, adoption, substance use, anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, and LGBTQIA+ concerns.
