My journey to mental healthcare

My healthcare career began as a mental health nurse, where I developed a strong passion for supporting individuals through mental health challenges. Over time, I wanted to take a more active role in helping patients understand their symptoms, explore treatment options, and improve their overall well-being. This led me to become a psychiatric NP.

Our first session

Your first visit will include a thorough and supportive assessment focused on understanding your current problems, personal history, and treatment needs. We will discuss what brought you in, review relevant symptoms and experiences, and begin identifying your goals. Throughout, I want to help you feel comfortable, heard, and supported.
