My journey to mental healthcare

When I applied to the MSW graduate program, it was highly competitive, and the application process required listing your professional experience as a service provider; however, my experience came solely from the other side as a marginalized client needing help. Social justice, humility, and respect from my own life journey are why I am here.

My goals for you

I have a lot of experience and training in multiple modalities (therapies), so we will work together to find the best fit for your needs. We can continue to have an open conversation while we work together and adjust our focus or strategies as needed.

Our first session

Our first session will be just getting to know one another. I will ask a lot of questions as someone who is interested in getting as clear a picture as possible on how best to support you in your goals. Relationships and trust take time to build, but fit is also very important. I am open to any questions that come up.
