My focus
As humans, we instinctively want to thrive, but sometimes we find ourselves feeling stuck in life. This feeling can come from a variety of places: recent losses, grief, trauma, anxiety, feelings of loneliness, difficulty connecting with others, unhealthy relationships, or unhelpful and self-limiting beliefs... I help people overcome stuck points.
My approach
I am clinically trained in dream analysis, attachment issues, recovery from trauma, cultural/spiritual issues, and couples therapy through the Gottman Institute of Seattle.
