Hi there, I'm Peggy!

Are you challenged in this ever-changing and frequently unexpected environment we currently live in? I can help you increase your self-confidence in successfully navigating challenges by examining limiting thoughts and learning practical and effective strategies.

My focus

I specialize in working with adult women who, for whatever reason, don't feel confident in their ability to successfully manage life. Working together in a supportive setting, we'll examine thoughts that may be contributing to this lack of confidence, as well as learn enhanced strategies to increase confidence and life satisfaction.

My approach

I use empathy, acceptance, humor, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) strategies in my approach to therapy. I believe this combination helps you feel supported so you can examine thoughts that may be complicating your life, while giving you additional tools to manage life's challenges to your satisfaction.
