I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with seasoned experience in every level of mental healthcare. I have worked in community mental health, crisis counseling, inpatient settings and Intensive Outpatient programs with extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma and problems in relationships.

I do not treat active addictions, eating disorders, and acute psychiatric conditions here.
My approach
I apply evidence-based methods to address what you are needing most. For trauma, anxiety, and depression, I apply Trauma-informed Cognitive Therapy and Mindfulness-based CBT to address critical self-talk, take charge of your attention, regulate emotions and increase insight into patterns learned from your past.
