Hi there, I'm Vicki!
I help others manage stress, anxiety, depression, problems in relationships, and unexpected losses and transitions. I will help you understand and untangle the effects of past trauma, manage disturbing thoughts and emotions, and find healthy ways to cope or change.
My focus
I welcome and respect all forms of diversity. If you can reflect on your experience, work through some discomfort, are motivated for change, and are willing to work outside of session, we'll make a great fit. I do not treat active addictions, eating disorders, or acute psychiatric conditions.
My approach
My therapy approach combines evidence-based methods based on what you need. A Psychodynamic approach helps us understand how past experiences influence our thoughts and feelings. For trauma, anxiety, and depression, I apply Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy.
