I'm not the type to just nod along—if something's not working, we'll talk about it. I bring a grounded presence to our sessions and aim to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and never judged.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a therapist was a meaningful progression through work centered on people and emotion. I started as a photographer and musician, drawn to the stories people carry. I bring creativity, steadiness, and deep respect for each person's journey into the room.

I help clients by first understanding what truly matters—not just symptom relief, but the life they want to live. We clarify priorities and identify patterns keeping you stuck, then use evidence-based tools for lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more in control and like yourself again.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll get to know each other and discuss what's bringing you to therapy. I'll ask about your history, current challenges, and goals to create a plan that fits your needs and pace. You don't have to have everything figured out—just come as you are.
