My communication style

I strive to create a warm, empathetic, and open space. I strive to valid challenges we all place and I use direct communication to encourage personal growth and build insight. I often find that the more questions we ask, the more questions we have. By asking good questions, we can expand our mindset and encourage movement.

My journey to mental healthcare

We all have our mental health journey, and that’s what makes my job fantastic! I graduated from my hometown university before pursuing a graduate degree in a field in which I have lived experience. I’m drawn to this field because I know healing and growth are not only possible, but probable when equipped with the right supports.

My goals for you

I take a collaborative approach in session, and I’m ready to work right alongside you. I take a strength-based approach based on the skills and tools you already have. I aim to build upon what’s already working and provide feedback when needed.

Our first session

In our first session together, we'll complete an assessment that explores your history, current stressors, and identify other needs you may have. We'll also build a treatment plan specifically tailored to your goals, expectations, and needs. I often value feedback, so we can also discuss what may be helpful in treatment moving forward.
