Hard times are inevitable, and we often don’t feel equipped to manage them, or we feel painfully alone in dealing with them. I partner with you to cultivate awareness, incorporate coping skills, problem-solve, and grow confidence and connection.
My approach
Grounded in Relational Gestalt, I pull from many therapeutic modalities- ACT, CPP, DBT, IFS, motivational interviewing, and narrative therapy, and others. As we get to know each other, we’ll collaborate to create a therapeutic process that is tailored to you.
