You can expect a space that's honest, direct, and supportive. I'm straightforward because I believe true therapy happens when we're honest with ourselves and each other. My tone is warm, but I won't sugarcoat things. We'll collaborate as a team, and I'll walk with you through the hard stuff.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey comes from a deep belief that everyone deserves a space to be heard, challenged, and supported. I was drawn to this work because I've seen how powerful it can be when someone finally feels safe enough to be real and how that honesty leads to real change.

My goals for you

I help clients set and reach goals by working collaboratively and intentionally. Together, we'll identify what you want to change, break that down into clear, realistic steps, and build a roadmap to get there. Along the way, I'll provide accountability, encouragement, and honest feedback to help you stay focused and motivated.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brought you here. I'll ask about your story, what you're struggling with, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we'll start identifying goals and building a plan that feels right for you.
