I can be playful, serious, humorous, and empathetic all in one session. I know our lives are full of a range of emotions, and I am here to support the full range.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist to break the stigma of receiving mental health care in Black and Brown communities. I would like for people to have a provider with similar experiences to them.

My goals for you

I will listen to what you would like to work on, and we can come up with goals to meet that goal one step at a time. It can feel overwhelming to make changes, but if we break things down into smaller steps, we can get to that big goal.

Our first session

Our first session will be for us to get to know each other by discussing symptoms, history, and goals. The initial session is mostly to see if we are a good fit for each other and see what work we would like to do once we decide it is.
