Hi there, I'm Lisa!

My approach is to listen with compassion and understanding, and the knowledge that when someone takes the step to come to therapy, they do so from a position of strength. Understandably, it can also be very uncomfortable to divulge so much about yourself to a stranger, and with that, I honor and acknowledge that you have taken that step.

My focus

I have worked alongside clients with many varied needs. My work in community mental health provided the opportunity to address a broad spectrum of mental health issues. One focus of my work became trauma, however, I worked throughout my career with clients addressing anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, aging, and family issues.

My approach

Though we all have much in common, my therapeutic approach is to meet my clients where they are. As every client is unique, I listen carefully to their needs and attempt to find an approach that resonates best with each client.
