Hi there, I'm Mark!

My goal in therapy is to help you live your life intentionally—with spirit, energy, and purpose. I want to support you in spending your time doing those things that bring you joy and meaning, pursuing your dreams, and aspiring to be the best version of yourself that you can be.

My focus

I work with adults facing depression, anxiety, life transitions, stress, anger management, and difficulties connecting to personal values. My goal is to empower and invigorate you to take positive, life-affirming actions that move your life forward in a direction that is meaningful and satisfying.

My approach

I practice an eclectic approach combining cognitive, behavioral, and solution-focused therapies. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques to help you achieve your personal wellness goals. My belief is that well-being starts with connecting to and acting on what matters most to you.
