My focus
I work with adults and older adults who are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, or the emotional impact of life transitions. Many people come to me during seasons of change—shifts in health, roles, relationships, or routines—and they’re looking for a space where they can talk openly and feel supported.
My approach
My primary therapeutic approach is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Together, we identify unhelpful thinking patterns and perspectives that often contribute to stress, mistrust, and emotional difficulty. By understanding how these patterns show up, we can begin shifting them in ways that support healthier thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
