I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, chronic stress, and burnout—often related to work pressure, life transitions, or long-standing patterns of self-criticism and avoidance. Many of my clients are capable, thoughtful people who have tried to manage on their own, but are now noticing that anxiety or low mood is affecting their lives.
