My main goal is to make sure you are comfortable and feel as comfortable as you can while discussing uncomfortable things. Therapy is a big step, and I am glad you are considering it.

My focus

My ideal client struggles with feeling understood by family or peers due to their lifestyle, traumas, or choices. An unbiased perspective is helpful in many ways. I want to help with those "lightbulb" moments—not telling you what to do, but helping you identify your true feelings, weigh options, and understand possible outcomes.

My approach

I am very straightforward, but empathetic and very open-minded. I strive to make my clients feel understood, heard, and not judged. I do not necessarily sugarcoat things, but I am one of the most laid-back people you may meet.

I am very friendly and laid back. I will communicate with you very professionally, or more laid back, if that's what you prefer. You can feel free to communicate what makes you most comfortable.

My journey to mental healthcare

I come from a family that didn't believe in mental health treatment or research, which led to unhealthy habits throughout the family. I wanted to implement change within the new generations in my family. I have been working with mental health since I was 18 years old, and it's been that way ever since.

My goals for you

I help them by offering a supportive yet challenging perspective on their current obstacles. I do my best to maintain accountability and learning how to help the client be brutally honest with themselves.

Our first session

I will do my best to get to know you and allow you to get to know me, so it feels mutual, and the rapport can build. It can already be an intimidating experience, so I try to make it feel as informal as I can.
