Hi there, I'm Laura!

I'm glad you're here! I believe that self-awareness and self-compassion are two tools that can help everyone lead a life with purpose, clarity, and joy. Therapy can provide the means, the scaffolding, and accountability to move toward the life you decide!

My focus

I love working with clients who are in transition. Maybe you are moving, changing jobs, or transitioning into marriage or parenthood. Even positive and exciting changes are a time to stop and reflect. AND not all transitions are desired changes; I can work to support you in processing the grief and loss you face as well.

My approach

My therapy approach is client-centered, meaning your personality and preferences influence the way I show up for you. Therapy is NOT one size fits all. Each client-therapist relationship is unique and evolves over sessions. There is no magical, secret therapy tool, but there are simple things that can make a difference.
