My focus
I work with children, teens, and families in managing the stress and emotions that come with life's challenges. Whether that is big behaviors and school issues, or anxiety and depression. We can find coping skills to support whatever life throws at us.
My approach
I use a person-centered approach to help you feel validated and in control of the therapy process. I also use mindfulness, art, and play to bring creativity and fun to the space. Everything I do is always under a trauma-informed lens, which helps us understand the "why" behind emotions.
