Hi there, I'm Veneis!

I help individuals navigate ADHD, anxiety, and attachment issues. Together, we work on regulating difficult emotions, healing trauma, and building healthier relationships. Those who work with me seek to increase self-awareness and emotion regulation, learn coping mechanisms for executive dysfunction, and set healthy boundaries.

My focus

I typically work with women who deal with neurodivergence such as ADHD. I also work with those experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, attachment issues, executive dysfunction, and mood disruption.

My approach

My style utilizes cognitive behavioral and person-centered strength-based approaches in a friendly yet direct, integrative, and collaborative environment. I believe in working with your strengths while addressing the patterns that hold you back.
