I have a relaxed, direct approach that encourages you to be collaborative in your treatment. I provide structured therapy homework so you can practice skills between our meetings. You can expect honest feedback and active partnership in your healing process.

My concern for the needs of others has always driven my work. I've enjoyed helping others become their best self through purpose-driven work. I learned the importance of trust, integrity, ethics, and empathy—principles that form the foundation of my counseling services.

We set collaborative goals at the beginning of treatment and continue working on them, assessing what's working and what isn't every few months. These goals connect directly to your treatment plan and evolve as you grow.

Our first session

You can expect a friendly, introductory intake where I gather your history and set collaborative goals with you. We'll also see if we're the best fit for each other.
