My communication style

My tone is warm, welcoming, and open. I make my clients feel safe and comfortable during our sessions. I prefer that they don't feel like they are talking to a stuffy medical professional in a white coat. I want them to feel free to express themselves openly and honestly, knowing that they are in a safe space with me.

My journey to mental healthcare

Personal struggles within my group of friends and family members—as well as my own battles—are some of the reasons I decided to embark on a career in mental healthcare. I have such compassion for those who are suffering because of mental health issues. My heart's desire is to help alleviate as much of their suffering as possible.

My goals for you

I ask the patient why they are seeking treatment and what they want to get out of it so that we can set those goals together.

Our first session

They should expect that I will gather as much information as possible to enable me to tailor the safest, most effective evidence-based care for their individual needs.
