My journey to mental healthcare

With 25 years of experience, my journey has spanned nursing homes, jails, and schools, community care supporting adults and children in many realms and stages of life. From medical crises to life transitions and grief, I’ve seen resilience in every facet. I meet you where you are with a flexible, caring approach.

We start by identifying your goals and clearing away the pressures that cloud your vision. Once we have a destination, we map out the small, manageable steps needed for lasting behavioral change. By breaking down big ambitions into milestones, we build your confidence. I am here to empower you with the support you deserve on this brave journey.

Our first session

We will start with a brief "meet and greet" to help you settle in. I’ll share a bit about how I work and answer any logistical questions you might have. My goal is to be open and friendly, ensuring you feel like you are in a safe, non-judgmental space from the very first minute, so I can best understand your story.
