I prioritize creating a safe space for you to share your concerns and experiences. My communication style is informal, humorous, and playful, ensuring you feel at ease giving open feedback. I value honesty and will tell you when I don't know something or when you need to hear difficult truths.

My journey to mental healthcare

As a child, I was always advocating for others and rescuing animals. Along the way, I realized that directly interacting with people who need help was most important to me. Advocating for others and helping them solve problems on a personal level is incredibly rewarding.

My goals for you

We will determine your priorities together, with me offering input and explaining any safety issues. This is a collaborative effort, combining your self-knowledge with my clinical expertise to set and achieve your goals.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll discuss your reasons for seeking help, your long-term goals, and your current concerns or symptoms. I'll ask about your previous treatments, including therapy, and any medical conditions you have. We may complete some questionnaires and address any immediate safety issues.
