Hi there, I'm Christine!

Entering into a therapeutic relationship can be such an important part of your wellness journey. My goal is to be here with you through it all. I specialize in working with people through life transitions, whether school or work changes, relationship changes, or life stage changes.

My focus

I work with adults and adolescents adjusting to life changes. So often we find ourselves struggling with anxious thoughts, self-sabotaging, and grappling with self-esteem issues, especially while trying to adjust to big transitions like relationship changes, a new job, parenting, puberty, menopause, illness, or caregiving.

My approach

I tailor my approach to make it specific to you, combining elements from different therapeutic models to create an individualized plan that fits your background, personality, strengths, and goals. We work together to establish achievable goals and then delve into the deeper issues.
