My communication style is warm, open, and nonjudgmental. I create a safe, supportive environment where you feel truly heard, respected, and empowered to share your thoughts and experiences. Sessions are collaborative and compassionate—we work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My journey to mental healthcare

After the tragic loss of my son to violence, I searched for support and faced the harsh reality that very few providers were accepting new patients. That experience opened my eyes to the gaps in mental health care and inspired me to become the provider I couldn't find when I needed one most.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting as a collaborative and personalized process. Together, we identify what matters most—whether it's improving mood, reducing anxiety, building coping skills, or enhancing daily functioning. I help break down larger goals into manageable steps and regularly revisit them to track progress and adjust the plan as needed.

Our first session

You can expect a supportive, judgment-free space where we focus on understanding your current concerns, mental health history, and overall well-being. I'll ask questions to get a full picture of your symptoms, lifestyle, and goals, and we'll begin building a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.
