At the same time, I share insights and observations openly, offering you new perspectives to consider without judgment.

My journey to mental healthcare

I often say that I didn’t choose to become a therapist—being a therapist chose me. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been deeply curious about what it means to be human. Even as a young girl, around 12 years old, I began keeping a journal where I would reflect on the experiences, feelings, and stories unfolding around me.

My goals for you

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. We begin by exploring what matters most to you—your struggles, your hopes, and the changes you’d like to see. Together, we shape those into clear, realistic goals that feel meaningful and motivating.

Our first session

My first goal with every new client is to build trust and rapport. Research shows that the most powerful healing in therapy comes from the relationship itself, so we’ll begin by getting to know each other and seeing if we’re a good fit.
