I work with people facing stress, anxiety, depression, substance use, and major life transitions. I provide a safe space to explore emotions, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and intentional in your daily life—so you can move toward the balance and peace you’re looking for.

Many of my clients come in wanting relief from depression, constant worry, difficulty focusing, or the weight of life transitions. If you’re ready to feel more present, strengthen your coping skills, and move toward a life that feels calmer, more intentional, and more aligned with your values, we may be a good fit.

I use a mix of different counseling approaches so that our work fits your unique needs. Together, we might use tools to change unhelpful thought patterns, use strategies to manage big emotions and stress, and use techniques to help you focus on what really matters to you. I also bring in mindfulness to slow down, build awareness, and stay present.
