Hi there, I'm Jeanne!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor passionate about helping people create meaningful change in their lives. I view therapy as a collaborative partnership where you can safely explore, grow, and heal. I believe that people are capable of incredible transformation, and it’s an honor to walk beside my clients on their healing journeys!

I love working with people who are ready to make positive changes and are motivated to grow. Whether you’re healing from trauma, managing anxiety, panic, PTSD, ADHD, or depression, or wanting to quiet self-doubt so you can move forward in your career or relationships, I’ll help you develop the insight and skills to reach your goals and thrive.

My approach

I provide a safe, confidential, judgment-free space where you can be fully yourself. I am highly trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and am a Certified Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist. I also use a vast array of other modalities to ensure the best therapeutic experience and outcomes for you!

I strive to create an open, welcoming space where you set the pace and shape your path. While therapy can be challenging at times, I also believe in the power of humor and lightness—it’s okay to laugh, even as we work through life’s heavier moments.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a counselor began with my own journey of healing and self-growth. Experiencing firsthand how transformative therapy can be inspired me to help others find that same sense of strength and resilience. I continue to be amazed by the courage people show in choosing to heal and grow!

During our sessions, we’ll clarify what brought you to therapy and what you’d like to accomplish. From there, we’ll create a collaborative plan to help you get there—checking in along the way to measure progress and ensure our work continues to feel meaningful and effective for you.

Our first session

Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll move at your pace as you share your story, explore what’s been challenging, and identify your strengths and goals. You’ll also have space to ask any questions and get a feel for how we’ll work together moving forward.
