I work with women navigating anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions related to relationships, family roles, health, identity, or past experiences. My approach integrates mindfulness, somatic awareness, and clinically grounded counseling to help clients better understand the connection between mind and body.
My focus
Most of my clients are women who appear high-functioning but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, or emotionally reactive. They may be navigating life transitions, relationship changes, family stress, health shifts, identity changes, or the impact of past experiences. We work to understand these patterns and develop steadier ways of coping.
My approach
My approach uses mindfulness techniques and somatic therapy within a person-centered, trauma-informed framework. Mindfulness is a natural part of my work and informs how I understand the mind-body connection as a yoga teacher and yoga therapist of 30 years. These tools support awareness, emotional regulation, and self-understanding.
