I work to teach people to embrace themselves fully and unapologetically, creating more health, healing, and love throughout the world. My background in understanding systems allows me to assist others in efficiently navigating the systems around them, in order to fully embrace and love the system within them.
My focus
I work with people who seem to have lost themselves in the turmoil of societal norms. My clients are typically struggling with relationship challenges, navigating external systems, recognizing internal challenges with self-esteem, and managing anxiety and depression symptoms.

My clinical approach blends a holistic therapeutic stance, attending to mind, body, and spirit, with empirical approaches. I work from a heart-centered approach that acknowledges past hurts and traumas, then gently redirects you to focus on the present with action-oriented tasks.
