Hi there, I'm Patrick!

I offer a Solution-Focused approach to therapy. My specialties include helping clients with anxiety, depression, drug and alcohol concerns, and relationship issues.

My focus

I specialize in working with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, family, or relationship issues. I also have an extensive background working with people experiencing issues at work or school. Finally, I also work with those who would like to incorporate their spirituality into their therapy.

My approach

I offer a safe, non-judgmental setting where you can honestly discuss the issues you are facing. My approach helps you cope and find solutions while focusing on your values. CBT, psychodynamic, twelve-step facilitation, and interpersonal therapies are those I use most frequently with my clients.
